I've been where you are
For years I juggled multiple roles at once. I worked as a business manager at Georgia State University. I built a real estate business as a Realtor, helping families make the biggest investment of their lives. I ran my own entrepreneurial work. And I was a parent building something for my son.
I was working hard in every direction and still felt like I was missing the plan. What I needed back then was not another tool. It was the right foundation and the right room. People who could help me see clearly and build with purpose.
My education and my why
I hold a BBA and an MHA. The degrees taught me how organizations run and how to lead through complexity. But the real education came from doing it. From being trusted with something as big as a family's home. From building a business while raising my son and carrying the household at the same time.
That is why I coach the way I do. I know what it is like to have more ideas than hours and no clear plan for which one to build. I know the weight of being the one people depend on. And I know it is possible to build something that carries you too.
The book and the method
I am the best-selling author of AI, Automation & Abundance. The book is my take on using AI and automation not as a trend to chase but as a way to buy back your time and build a life with more room in it.
Out of that work I created the AIM Method. Align: get clear on who you serve, what you offer, and how you price it. Integrate: bring in AI and simple systems that save you time. Multiply: grow your reach, your revenue, and your impact. It is the order I wish someone had handed me years ago.

What I believe about coaching
I believe you do not need more hustle. You need a foundation. I believe AI is for the builder carrying the load, not just for the techy few. And I believe in the power of the right room. People who are doing the work alongside you change everything.
